Need txtsetup.sif dosnet.inf usb.in usbport.in usbstor.in for SP2

Hi, guys i am in need of TXTSETUP.SIF DOSNET.INF USB.IN USBPORT.IN USBSTOR.IN files because I can't for a strange reason convert the .inf files back into these

I am trying to install windows xp onto a external hard drive

Please can someone send me these files BTW need it for windows xp home edition sp2
