Netio.sys blue screen

Hi, I am suddenly having the Netio.sys blue screen since the last 2 days. It is completely random - sometimes in the midst of a game on Steam, sometime when uTorrent is downloading, sometimes when browsing.

This is a network (LAN) driver issue. Do you see any yellow exclamation points in the device manager (!)
