Are you trying to Remote Desktop into this other computer? If not, what protocol are you trying to use?
What operating system is installed on all computers involved?

You are running a Desktop system and attempting more that TEN concurrent accesses (number of shares being access X number of users making access).

The correct way to avoid this is
  • Purchase and Install Windows Server 200x (very expensive for a home user)
  • Reduce the number of Shared Folders
Instead of sharing
\Share#1
.....
\Share#x
move all the folders that need to be shared under a master folder and share only it, eg
\MyShares which then contains
\Share#1
.....
\Share#x
This would then allow TEN other systems to access \MyShares

or bring up task manager to see who is accessing those shares and disconnect the users who don't really need access.
