New 4TB internal into old Dell PC, compatible?

I'm planning on using a MFG# WD4004FZWX WD black 4tb sata III in an older dell as a storage only drive.
Any caveats other than the speed will be dictated by the slower interface?
Optiplex 745
I have two, service tags 9CQF3D1 (preferred) or 15TN9F1
Voltages from this PC ok with this drive?
Using Win 7 pro

Any advice on how to set this up?

Thanks!

Microsoft has a full explanation, but still recommends that you consult the manufacturer of your system.

See: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...port-for-hard-disks-that-are-larger-than-2-tb

Key issue appears to be GPT.
"In order for an operating system to fully support storage devices that have capacities that exceed 2 terabytes (2 TB, or 2 trillion bytes), the device must be initialized by using the GUID partition table (GPT) partitioning scheme."
