New built PC doesnt turn on

Every wire is in, all parts were VERY carefully put in. I'm a first time PC builder but I got help from online guides and friends so it all exactly where it needs to be. I've made sure the wires are tightly put in where they need to be.

The fan I have on there suprisingly doesnt fit with my build so now I'm using the stock fan that came with my CPU.

Then you need to carefully repack the water cooler back up.
Call OutletPC and ask for a full refund to exchange it for another type of cooler that works.
I recommend you try corsair, their 120mm fans do a wonderfull job at cooling.

You could call NZXT monday morning before you do all of this and ask them how you should fit it inside the case.
