New laptop is crashing. Random BSODs and appcrashes

Hi everyone!
last month, my parents just bought me a new laptop. at first it was going well but then I started experiencing BSOD's and appcrashes. particularly in google chrome which says the "aw snap" page. I have reinstalled windows 7 and all the drivers but then after a few days, it crashes again.

one more thing, . iv'e downloaded my drivers in the site of MSI and the ATI driver there is clearly outdated compared to the driver I found at the site of ATI. when I downloaded the driver for my videocard at the site of ATI, whenever I install it, it says that it is not compatible with my videocard. probably because I have the switchable graphics feature.

here's my specs.
msi cx420
intel core i5 m520 2.4GHz
ATI mobility radeon HD5470 and intel HD graphics
2 gb Ram (yes, its pretty small.. I have plans on upgrading it to a 4gb to maximize my 64 bit OS)
Synaptics touchpad
atheros AR9285 wireless network adapter
realtek RTL8168D/8111D family PCI-E gigabit ethernet NIC

running on Windows 7 64bit
Eset Nod32 smart security 5

programs that crashes
Spore (I removed it already)
Warcraft III (it crashes rarely) (it is a portable version of warcraft III)
L4D 2 (portable version)
Adobe photoshop cs5.5 (crashed once)
Google chrome displaying the "aw snap" page and the adobe flash player in google chrome crashes frequently.

and iv'e included 4 minidump files.
thanks for reading and I hope you guys can help. :)
