New Laptop Need Help

OK so i bought a new laptop, and i have my desktop still going. Both are running Vista with 4 GBs of ram and all.

On my desktop i have my Outlook and documents, music, photos.

Is there any programs out there where i can have the laptop and the desktop sync my outlook, documents, and photos together over the wireless network.

There are but its as easy to used a external HDD
