Windows XP SP2

M/B - EP45T-DS3R
Bios Ver - F1

CPU - Intel Core 2 Due E8500
LGA775
45nm

ASUS DDR3 1333Mhz 1GB x2 sticks

I have no idea what could be going on here, tried 2 different Video cards so ive eliminated that.

Bad Memory?

ive got 2 stop messages 1 being 0x4e's which happen in windows
and then after that windows failing to boot which i get 0x7e's.

i know x4e is page fileing which i did chane the PF to 0 rebooted, defragged then increased the PF to over 1.5 times the amount of RAM ive installed.

Though bad memory could be the case, since ASUS are very new at the RAM game.

No, read the entire thread!
The last posts seemed to be the key :)
Yours faulted Memory Corruption 4 times, and also stated wow3

im currently on a fresh installtion with basically just drivers on and warcraft III

maybe u meant wc3.

my vid card which is an 8800GTS, not a GT like in the other post.

is more then enough to handle wc3

1 of the MiniDumps cites "Steam.Exe" as a process what Game do use with Steam?

Also "war3.exe" is mentioned as well.
But it is very similar to the Thread kimsland linked in terms of Games I'm quite sure.

Oh just seen your post now Warcraft 3 it is then and I guess you use Steam to run it correct me if I'm wrong.

no i dont, installed steam CS:S to see if it was just wc3 that crashed the pc and its not,
same as a few EA game demo's, and just same results sometimes, either loading or in game or clicking on like continue or going into a menu in game will randomly crash it.

but sometimes it works fine. like i just played a full race on NFS Pro Street.

no crash,

one time browsing more then 1 vid on youtube would crash it.

Working for me! (it must be your discs)
