New them issues

im tryin to apply a new skin for my desktop... i downloaded a file that has a jpeg for the picture and a windows visual style file and wen i click it. it brings up my display properties with the appearance tab selected. but i cant apply it. also in the rar is a windows shell style resource .dll file.... i dont know wat to do. care to lend a hand?

Sounds like that style is WACK lol j/k...man that sounded gay. Anyways, for some cool skins download www.tune-up.com and in the free trial they have styles you can use. The have real neat ones and after the trial is over, it still lets you keep the style.
