New video card

I am looking for a good stable and reliable video card 1 gig. capacity with a price of $260-$320 , I would appreciate all the help i can get

Think nowadays, 1GB is the standard. What's your goal? Gaming? If not, then perhaps save some money by getting a GPU that's not quite as current. I'm no video card expert, I got a Radeon HD5770 by Sapphire because at the time, it was within my budget (<$200) and most reviews rated it best bang for the buck.

Think if you describe what it is that you want out of your hardware (high frame rate in certain games, multiple monitor, etc.) then you'll get better feedback.

also try searching for msi afterburner to overclock your graphics card to get even more bangs per buck for free

Get a 6850 which is price under 200 bucks.
