No booting device

I format my Packard Bell EasyNote ME69BMP and it showing me No Bootable Device.hit any key. Pls help me.

Did you reinstall the operating system after you formatted the hard drive?

Yes I removed the HDD and put it in another laptop and install Windows 10 fixing it back to the Packard bell in display no booting device.
