No connections are available

Recently, I brought my computer from my other house that was connected to ethernet now in my new house im trying to connect it to my wifi but it wont find any connections to wifi. And when I go to device manager it says Other devices - Ethernet Controller and it's in yellow but I'm trying to connect to wifi not ethernet can anyone please help

The yellow implies you need to update the driver - - fix the WIRED first and then work on the WiFi
