No devicre drivers found while installing windows on dell xps l502x

First of all I cannot enter into CMOS setup its asking for unlock key and when I am trying to boot windows using USB its showing no device drivers found. What are the alternative ways to install windows

I've always installed Windows O.S. from the DVD, but that also means that you need to move the CD/DVD drive to the top of the list in the BIOS 'boot order'. If you can't get into the BIOS to make the changes because of the security password, then it won't be easy.
Guessing this must be a 2nd hand buy? So you never knew the password to the BIOS anyway?
