here's how:

1. Open up Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center.
2. For each network connection :
   • Click "View status", then Properties.
   • Uncheck the mark next to "Internet protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6)".
   • Click OK, then Close.
3. When all adapters are done, reboot.

VERY unusual. Normally we rely upon DHCP from the ISP Gateway.
Using manual settings will require a setting for both the Ethernet and the Wifi devices.

BUT, let's see where we are after removing the Tunneling devices

Hi I did exactly as you showed but somehow 3 of the tunnels apperered again O.o

Since the tunnel adapters kept appering after every reboot I did this on command prompt :
netsh int teredo set state disabled
netsh int 6to4 set state disabled
netsh int isatap set state disabled

The reoccurring stopped what should I do next?

Let's force good DNS addresses into your configuration, they are:

• 8.8.8.8
• 8.8.4.4

access Network & Sharing -> change adapter settings
right click on ethernet or wifi and right-clk->go to properties
select the IPv4 and click Properties button
in the lower portion click Use the following DNS server addresses
in one type the 8.8.8.8 and the other 8.8.4.4
click OK, then close

Power OFF your router, wait 30 seconds and power on again.

try PING GOOGLE.COM again
