I have this problem since two months ago which only occurs on my laptop but not on any other device that I use. The problem is the internet suddenly gets disconnected (no internet access) twice or thrice a day even though I'm connected to the WiFi router, I have tried many solutions like flushing the config or changing the IPV 4 and 6 into automatically obtaining the DNS and IP address but nothing seems to solve it. The only solution to get the internet access back is to restart the router. As for the details I'm not sure what to provide you with but I'm using windows 7 with avira antivirus. Please provide me the steps on how to get the information you need and I will provide you with it . Thanks.
