No Wireless functionality

Had to reinstall Windows 7 Ultimate on to my brothers Advent Quantum Q200 laptop due to some particularly nasty malware. Thing is it now seems to have no wireless internet capability, works fine connected via Ethernet cable but cannot seem to connect to my network or any other for that matter wireless. Downloaded the correct drivers (Realtek RTL8191SE Wireless LAN Card) 64bit version but still refuses to see any wireless networks, can anyone help/

I think wifi lock on keyboard is on. Otherwise it need to be checked manually. consult with some local technicial or expert in this field
