    No, that means Nokia acquires part of Panasonic's wireless business.

    Nokia is still a separate company, they sold a division of their company to Microsoft, not their whole company.

    Oh, OK. Never paid attention to those details so I thought NOKIA was fully absorbed by Microsoft. That's why I found it confusing when it was mentioned as a standalone company. Thx.
