Non Gaming PC Build

Hi,

I am planning to build a new PC for not gaming purposes, its use will be:

1. Running standard office tools.
2. Running containers, probably Docker, to contain a python development environment with MYSQL database and another to run a media server.
3. The plan is to have numerous hard-drives and USB devices connected, including dual monitors
4. Windows 11
5. Intention is to go AMD
Looking for suggestions on motherboards and processors.
