Norton 2003 backup

I have a windows 2000 operating system. I have always used Norton 2003 ghost backup.
Now when I try that, I am getting following message:
Abort:440, Ghost cannot run on Windows NT based system(NT/2K/XP).
Please boot your system into DOS and then run ghost. I even went into MSDOS promp and tried again to no
avail. I am using wrong command.com file? If so where do I get the right one?

Has this EVER worked for you on w2k?

I have used Norton backup 2003 on Windows 2K upto 2 weeks ago for atleast 9 years. Some how it appears that PCDOS file got corrupted.
