Not able to post on virus and malware removal thread

Hi guys, I recently noticed that there was no option to reply or post in some virus and malware removal threads. Like the one here- https://www.techspot.com/community/topics/are-these-virus-trojan-harmful.188707/#post-1266562

Is this some bug or is this part of the forum restricted to some users( or staff) only?

As you may have surmised, once a question has been posted in the Virus and Malware Removal forum, technical support may only be offered by staff. As a rule only approved helpers may post help and guidance in that forum. These are special restrictions for that forum only.
