Sry for the late update but ive been busy.....So I went in Safe mode and used AntiVir to scan the computer.......it gave me 60 infected items and I deleted most of them but there are some in the SYSTEM32 folder that im afraid to delete. Please take a look at the text file that Ive typed in and tell me if its ok to delete those. Thanks

ok , after ive moved all those files to the quarantine. My computer finallly stopped restarting by itself but then all the drivers for my internet port and wireless cards are getting error

Device status "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware . The driver may be corrupted or missing. (code 39).

You will need to reinstall the drivers for your internet port and wireless cards.

Please post the Requested logfiles as per the instructions in this thread HERE.

Did I delete the wrong files? like the programs that usually startup doesnt start and I cant open .ZIP files........it doesnt respond when I click it or right click it.

Will post logfiles after I go thru the steps

Without seeing your logfiles, it`s hard for me to say exactly what`s wrong with your system. However, it does sound very serious and it`s probably a good idea to backup any important data that you have, just in case a reformat is necessary.

Ok, Im going thru the final steps in the instructions......ill post the AVG ROOTKIT log once I finish that....is that the only log you want? cause you said the HJT log is now good....

UPDATE:

CCleaner found lots of stuff and Ive deleted everything and ran it again
the 4 tools that was posted to use :found nothing (Vundofix, Smithfix)
Doing a AVGROOTKIT search currently

after the CCleaner, all the programs that originally startup started again. but the openning archieve problem still exists.

hey howard, I need to reinstall the network adapters but i cant because everytime I tried to update driver it says my current one is newer. So I tried to uninstall the driver and then restart my computer and then installing it again.......but for some reasons the drivers cannot be removed permanently. Everytime I search for new hardware it automatically identifies the hardware instead of putting it as unknown device. How do I remove the driver permanently?

Due to all the problems you`re having, I think it`d probably be better to backup your important data, reformat and reinstall from scratch.

Ah, I see.

In that case, if your nic is built into the mobo, then you can get the drivers from your mobo manufacturers website. If your nic is a separate card, then you can get the drivers from the nic manufacturers website.
