NTFS I am needing to reformate my hard drive to NTFS so that I can get rid of Ubuntu

I really want to do this so that I may install windows 7 and the hard drive seems to be the issue as it is not formated as NTFS. Anybody please help if you know how I can resolve this issue on my HP Pavilion dv7-3160us.

If you boot with the Windows 7 DVD and begin the installation of Windows 7, you will have an opportunity to delete partitions and format the hard drive. This will overwrite anything already on the hard drive including other operating systems.
