Ntiomin missing

ntiomin ROOT\LEGACY_NTIOMIN\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

What is this and how do I fix it?

What is ntiomin?

A. ntiomin is a device which is installed by the Program "CPU Cool". When uninstalling CPU Cool, this device is is not uninstalled resulting in ntiomin still showing up under Device Manager (Click -> View -> Show Hidden Devices) or in System Information Start -> Run , type MSINFO32 -> Click the + sign next to Components -> Click Problem Devices

You can safely uninstall this device or leave it installed, either way it is not used by any other program, at least none that I was able to determine. After uninstalling CPU Cool and ntiomin still shows up as mentioned above, you can uninstall it (DO NOT delete ntiomin if you are still using CPU Cool!): in Device Manager Click -> View -> Show Hidden Devices, right click ntiomin, choose "Uninstall", click "OK" when prompted.
