I have had Office 2021 on my laptop for over 3 years now and I came to use it a few days ago and I get a message saying its unsubscribed and needs activating and gives me an option to sign in, which I do but it still shows as unsubscribed so restricts what I can do with office. I am running Windows 11 which is up to date. So far I have carried out a short repair and an online repair and I have uninstalled it and installed it from the Microsoft Office website, where it is shown as a subscription in my account. When I re-installed it it initially seemed to be working fine but I found after about 10 - 15minutes, if I tried to open a document it would show the same error again, unsubscribed. I am afraid to say that I don't understand why it should suddenly have these issues after several years without a problem.
I am hoping one of you guys may have an idea what the problem is and how to fix it.
