That is the correct setting. DDR stands for Double Data Rate. CPU-Z is showing the "I/O Bus Clock". If you double 665 MHz, you will see you are running at 1333. 1333 is technically the transfer rate but is falsely advertised as the frequency.

Careful usage generally talks about "500 MHz, double data rate" or "1000 MT/s", but many refer casually to a "1000 MHz bus," even though no signal cycles faster than 500 MHz.
