Outlook e-mail service

When I start MS Outlook I get this error message:
"Sorry,there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment". So my question is, could anyone suggest me a proper way so that I may never face such issue again? How to make microsoft outlook repair?

Any help/advice would be appreciated,
