Page fault in non paged area: STOP: 0x00000050

All the brilliant OS people out there ...please help....

I get this error every once in while and is creating a mess. I have reinstalled the operating system a couple of times but of no use.

My system: MS Windows Xp Media Center Edition 2002 SP2
AMD Athlon 64 X2
3G RAM

I am attaching the dump file if that helps.

Requested data was not in memory. An invalid system memory address was referenced. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause this Stop message, as may other hardware problems (e.g., incorrect SCSI termination or a flawed PCI card).

So it is probably either a driver issue , incompatible hardware, or defective hardware. I can't open the dmp file so I can't be more specific.

FYI: reinstalling the operating system randomly for an error message is not advised.
