This same exact thing happened to me recently, only I have a windows 8 1.0 Gateway laptop. I have to shut it off constantly since it can't go on hibernate. Isn't there an easier way to return my laptop to normal without making a whole new administrator account? And also, how did this happen? All I did was close my laptop lid to go get some ice cream, then when I came back and opened the lid, I tried to type my password in then the picture, place to enter the password, my name, etc. was all gone.
