I am currently building a Gaming PC and I have got everything finished but on my motherboard the CPU power is a 8pin and my power supply has 2 4pin cables I was wondering if it would be ok to cut off the plastic so that they can both fit in

There's no need to cut. Just plug in.

Yes, no need to cut. Try putting one in and then slide the other in next to it. They are designed to fit together by sliding together rather than pushing together.

Thnx my bad I was kind of dumb when I posted this
