PC crashing

my pc keeps crashing,i keeping getting these messages,eg,irql not less or iqual
bad pool header
page fault in non paged area.
could someone tell me could i have faulty memory,as its a new pc running off windows vista.

No it's more likely a driver issue

Please visit your computer's manufacture support page and download and install all the latest drivers

You may also need to go to Windows Update and complete all security updates

tryed all that ,at moment doing memory test and it is showing 3 faults so far saying cannot contain data, thats why i was wondering if it was

As per the Memtest guide
Replace the Ram if found faulty
