PC Freezing When Watching Online Videos

When I'm watching videos online at youtube or any other website my computer freezes. It usually takes 10 minutes to go back to normal but most times I have to manually restart it. I'm currently using Google Chrome. Any help or suggestions about this issue?

Okay thanks. Your Compaq Presario CQ62-215DX laptop has AMD HD graphics. Make sure you have applied all the Windows 7 64-bit updates, including Service Pack 1. You can do this by running Windows Update from the All Programs list. Keep running windows Update until there are no more updates found. Laptop owners don't realize that they must check for Windows Updates manually at times, especially when problems arise
