PC gaming is on the rise: In the console vs. PC race, it looks like PC is surging ahead

@wwaseem

You do know you can use a gamepad on PC right? Steam even has a gamepad friendly interface called Big Screen mode.
There are also wireless keyboard\mice solutions for the couch and such (like the roccat keyboard on a recent techspot article)

Can't believe people fall for this huge and total BS. Since you are surveying readers here, which fit a certain profile, your sample is too narrow to represent the entire video gaming industry. Total fail.

You didn't actually read the whole article did you?

The data for this infographic was gathered from 927 survey respondents

I wonder what the margin of error is on a survey of this size given that games like COD sold well over 4 million on the console alone.

I willing to bet its +/- 15 to 20% which means all conclusions are garbage.
COD sold 4 mikllions copies over it's whole franchise. How many different gamers is that? Meanwhile, some PC games have between 10 and 35 millions *active* players.

Provided that the sample is somewhat representative in terms of age, gender, and user distribution, the margin of error is actually much lower, around 3-4%.

That's because you can play pirate games on xbox one and PS4 and a lot of us won't waste 60$ on a game. There are more important things to buy than shitty games.
