Inactive PC gone slow

Helo guys I am running a desktop, with windows 7 premium
amd fxtm 4100 quad core processor 3.60ghz
16 gb of ram says 3.25 gb useable??
1 gb graphic card,
I run this as main pc and have few software on it such as adobe photoshop premier pro and 3d max and some other,,,,, but my pc is running slow than before I run some virus cleaning software such as malewarebytes and nortan but still its slow,,,
so please do give me some help,,,,

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
