PC is stuck on boot screen

My pc is stuck on the windows boot screen and does nothing. I tried going on to the automatic repair but when the automatic repair is done loading it goes into a black screen and I dont know what to do.

Improperly shut down Windows and then restart again. Then go to the Recovery mode and open command prompt from there. Then type the command sfc / scannow. After it completes restart your PC and check if the problem is solved.
