PC keeps rebooting itself

Hello out there,

I am having a problem with my windows xp OS. It has been spontaneously rebooting itself. I checked the event viewer and am getting an error message:

system error, category 102, event id 1003.
the error code is 000000fc.

does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? Here is the mini dump. I wish I coud read this stuff. Help!?

When you have enough posts (it doesn't take many, you might be able to with 2 posts) attach the .dmp files.

I guess you could start with the generic troubleshooting of testing your RAM for defects with Memtest86.

I have attached my last 5 dumps. I dont have memtest86 yet.

ur problem look like the same as my problem. i am also having this problem. my comp will jus restart suddenly. it will go to a blue screen and i cant have enough time to read. and it restart. it happen alot of time to me recently and i am not sure y it is so..

It 's happened a few times when I use windows media player. I've uninstalled it and rrolled back to media player 10, but it's still happening.How about you?

Perhaps consider uninstalling and reinstalling the latest drivers for your sound card?
