[Solved] PC not booting at all

Heya people, am new to the forum and wondered if i could get some help .

Situation is that my computer was working fine until about 2 hours ago. The computer randomly started rebooting itself. Now it won't start at all - I can see that there is power going through the machine by the "blue light" indicator on the front of the case that automatically turns on when I turn the power on.

I have attempted to remove items individually from the computer as well as USB devices but nothing seems to have any effect - could this be either a cpu or motherboard issue?

I've spoken to a mate who is quite tech savvy, but has no idea what the problem is. Any help would be appreciated as my computer is my only form of contact with family who live out in the south of france

What is this computers make and model? Just because you see a blue light, it doesn't mean that the power supply is okay. Tell your savvy mate that you need to try a new power supply first

is a custom build waiting on new psu in post, but will reseat it all tomorrow

managed to solve this - it was infact a faulty PSU.
