PC not booting up after changing Nvidia Physx from gpu to processor in Nvidia control panel

I have gtx 1050ti. I had mistakenly changed Nvidia Physx from gtx 1050ti to processor in the Nvidia controll panel. After clicking apply after few seconds my screen turns blue with text your pc ran into a problem.
And now it is not turning on. There is no response by pressing the power button. Only a blue LED light with the power button is on all the time.
I am very upset please help me!

I Didnt find my prolem there.
Coz it is showing signs of power but it dont po wer on.
