Hello,
i need to tell you that- when i was looking for solution for another threat (keyhooker.exe) i got Previx link and it was very attentional - bad words for very simple process and nothing like solution or explanation of the problem (also 'get now' think)
be careful with Previx

Personally, I`d recommend the AVG Antispyware, without having the active shield running. It only uses resources and you can run a manual system scan every week or two, or when you suspect somethings wrong.
