PC will not read photo CD

I bought the Photo CD Sears offers when they do portraits for you. Great idea - in theory. My PC wont read the CD so i cant get my pictures - is there any thing i can do?? Please help

Do you know what OS, file fomat and software was used to burn it.

Have you tried the disk in another PC?

Does your CD drive work perfectly with other CD's?

no idea what was used to make it... and my computer reads any other CD just fine. havent had the chance to try it in another computer.

I would contact the people you got it from and find out what software they used to make it. Or, there is always a possibility the CD has been badly burned and will be unreadable no matter what you use. Try it in another PC and if that also cannot read it contact the company.

When you insert the disc and try to open it in explorer what does it show?
