PC wont start after pressing power button

Yoooo ......... how are you ???
I have a big problem - trouble with my pc .... when I press the on - off button to start the machine then open and after 2-3 secs my pc closing .....
I must to do this for 5 times and then start normaly ..... but if it starts then operates perfect .....
what is the problem ...
* motherboards code is bd, 33, 4f and last 00 ..
I believe that the problem is from the rams ... but I bought the pc from the feb of 2014 ....
what can I do ....????!!!! HEEELPPPPP

Jimis disregard what cycloid mentioned bring us back your brand name computer with serial number.
Or look inside your case with a flash light, look at the white mobo serial number label.
Bring that here along with your other computer spec parts.
It sounds like you are having a bios configuration issue or a mobo problem directly.
