PFN_LIST_CORRUPT BSOD on new build

Built my new PC on the 11th Nov and have been fighting BSOD's off and on all week. Fixing what I can when I can. The lastest one is the PFN. I was hoping someone could help me with how to fix it or let me know what needs to be replaced before the waranty is up.

AMD FX-8120 Zambezi 3.1GHz Socket AM3+
MSI 990FXA-GD80 AM3+
MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II 2GD5/OC
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO

Any more info?

Thanks in advance.

Have you updated the motherboard drivers from the MSI support website? The drivers on the supplied CD can be over a year old. Are you over-clocking?

All drivers have been updated.
Nope have not over-clocked.
Even ran the Memtest. Ran it overnight, got to 5 passes no errors before I stopped it.

Is Windows 7 fully updated using Windows Update until no more updates found? Are there any yellow exclamation points in the device manager?

GET INTO THE BIOS and look for memory timings and voltages... Tell us what they are for starters
