Inactive Phishing scam got me from what appeared to come from my nephew

This is on Facebook and I don't know if it's isolated there only. About 5 days ago a link which had my newphew's picture on it showed up and I was tricked. "The scam say's, "Hahahahahha whyyy are your pants down in this picture?" I changed my password and it still is spreading like wildfire to people I'm not even friends with, which then comes back to me through questions.

Is this an isolated infection to Facebook only? Or is my laptop also infected? My scans of SAS, Malwarebytes, Avira, updated Spywareblaster in the background and Comodo picks up nothing at all.

thanks

Thanks Broni.
It appears all is good. FB took action and all scans still come up clean and no bank accounts were compromised etc.
Should anything come up I'll certainly come back.
Thanks again TechSpot!
