Physical dump error

Hi i am having lots of memory dumps and don't know why , they started a couple of weeks ago after yrs of error free putering.

i have a pcchips mother board p23g v3.0
intel 6.8 duo core
2 gig ram
ati 256mb x1300 series graphics card(agp)
windows vista home premium

i just did a clean install after a couple of weeks of memory dumps
and got this when i left my computer for a while

can anyone please shed any light on what the cause is ...i have not fitted anything new ( no upgrades)
