Ping Spike & Packet loss

I recieve packet loss almost all the time while playing dota 2..I have spent a lot of my time finding for solutions tried almost everything..my isp told me that it might be an virus issue but I thing it is an routing issue..packet loss sucks...I cant play..I am attaching my combo fix log please help me out...

Did I see both Win Defender and BitDefender running together? Could that result in conflicts?

First, have you resolved all possible connection issues? Hardware: disconnect, clean (I use 90% alcohol and old clean toothbrush) and reconnect every connection. ISP external hardware: monitor issue to determine if change during rain/fog indicating short/grounding at pole. If hardware is fully operable using other programs and no conflict with AV, then focus on dota2 forum and support for program specific software issues.

First, find the domain-name where the game is hosted.

• ping domain-name
• if that's running without timeouts then try
• pathping domain-name

This will run for about 3 minutes and you will get back a reliability list for node in the path to the game host.
You should get 0% packet loss everywhere
