Please could someone analyze my hijack log

my computer has been running very slowly, I would be grateful if someone could analyse my hijack log. I have worked through the 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions.

Ok you had quite a few nasties in your "infected" computer. Things look better now. If your system is still slow, stop, disable or uninstall the following entries in the Hijack log:

C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe
[Adobe Reader Speed Launcher] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe"
Use manual update for this:
[SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\jusched.exe"
Stop these:
Service: Bonjour Service - Apple Inc. - C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe
Service: Java Quick Starter (JavaQuickStarterService) - Sun Microsystems, Inc. - C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\jqs.exe

Remove Ad-Aware. Download and install Advanced SystemCare Free. Run it often

Thank you for looking at my hijack log and for your help. Computer running much faster now. I was beginning to loose the will to live it was running so slowly! :haha:
