Going to use the SSD as the boot drive and for some games, then all media will go on the HDDs running RAID 0.

The system it is replacing:

C2D E8400 (@3.6Ghz)
8GB RAM
2x500GB in RAID0
GeForce GTX 260 896MB
Antec 300 w/EA500 PSU
ASUS P5Q Pro

Keeping my Dell 2209WA and other peripherals so only really need the tower.

Great build - think you'll be very pleased with the improvement from the E8400. I had an E8400 which I upgraded from a while back too and was thoroughly impressed.

Nice build.:) What do you use your machine for?

Mainly building it for gaming, Deux Ex didn't run too great on my current system and I want to play Rage but I have a feeling I will get frustrated with the way it would run on my current system.

Great build. For the case I would suggest that you take a look at the CM 690 II. In my opinion, it would be a better buy.

Thanks for the suggestion, that does look like a better case than the Antec Nine Hundred. I did end up changing the case before I ordered but went with the Cooler Master Sniper, wanted something a bit easier to work in. I am not a big fan of side windows and the front panel option to turn off the LEDs sold me. Also had to change the memory since Amazon's price on that kit went from $91 to $242.95 if I wanted Prime shipping.

Curious if you are using stock cooling for your cpu or something else.

Reason?
I am considering a similar build.

I was originally going to just try to get by with the stock cooling, just to be cheap, but then I did a bit of research and decided to go with the CM Hyper 212 Plus as it appears to be a great value.

I just couldn't justify buying another Zalman, they are nice but soo expensive.
