Please help with redirect and worsening problems

Recently I have been getting redirecting after clicking any search links. This happens in firefox and ie. I have went through the steps(avast, cleaner, malwarebytes) and used spybot and nothing has helped yet. Upon last start up, i now have a yellow shield in the task tray saying updates are available. I have attached the hijackthis log, any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

while i still have the redirect problem, i have gotten rid of the yellow shield. i have run super and malwarebytes again today and both have returned no results. any help is greatly appreciated
