Plz look at this hijackthis log

my girlfriends pc is moving really slow, and I noticed in the hijackthis log there was things I know should be deleted, like no name BHOS and stuff, but I would like u guys to look at it and let me know what should be removed, thank u very much in advance, i have added an attachment of the txt file

By itself, there is nothing alarming. Perhaps you should tell us why you want it examined?

well I already removed something called ctlaxspl.exe or something like that, that was running on startup, every other time she was starting her pc, there was an error with that, and it would have to be restarted.

I remember from past times of using hijackthis u was supposed to remove NO NAME things so I just wanted to have it looked at, cause her pc is running slower than it should, its a 1.5 gig with like a gig of ram and its moving pretty slow.
