Poor Windows and gaming performance on Asus K53U

Hey, I have ASUS K53U
6gb RAM
2gb VideoRam AMD Radeon HD6320
AMD E-450 Processor ~1.6 (2 CPUs)
and no AV

My problem is that my computer is so slow :S. I'm running w7 about 4 days, before I had w8, but I thought that w8 is problem what takes much cpu. But w7 is same slow, I can't even play NBA 2k13 normal fps, what should I do? I close all unnessessary apps in task manager but it still hanging. Please help.

And I'm using old windows theme, my search is disabled etc.

That's not a gaming laptop, by any stretch of the definition.

If you want to play games, here are some options:
- Turn down all graphics settings on games to minimum, and use 800 x 600 resolution. Pray that works.
- Go back to the store you got it from and see if you can return it as store credit to buy a more expensive machine.

Eh? Win7 is probably not 'smooth' because you have a low-end CPU coupled with an HDD.

You can change your hard drive to a SSD, but it's not worth the $$ in my opinion.

Oh, I bought it summer and its now too bad for windows 7, SICK!

It wasn't meant for gaming. :/
