Potential Virus

Hi,
I had trouble with Vundo virus earlier and got that resolved by following the 8 step diagnosis procedure. I've realised since then that my HD space on my C: drive is shrinking. There's a huge difference between the actual size and the size on disk for a few folders.
While I work, the free space on my C: drive seems to decrease gradually as well.

Could you please help me with that?

I have never seen the 8 steps actually remove Vundo, though they will often detect it.
I do not see your logs from the 8 steps.
